Compatibility

How to Use

1. Remove the Doric Q device and two ITO pods from the box.

2. Choose the desired pod (1.2ohm for tight draw, 0.7ohm for looser draw).

3. Lift the silicone side-fill plug with a fingernail. Fill with e-liquid to the max line. Close plug firmly.

4. Allow the filled pod to sit upright for 5 minutes to saturate the cotton.

1. Q: Are the ITO pods TPD-compliant?
   A: Yes. All ITO pods supplied by Vaping Supplier have a 2ml capacity, fully compliant with UK and EU TPD regulations. The pods also feature child-resistant silicone plugs and leak-proof seals as required by law. Non-TPD 3ml or 4ml versions are not available for UK wholesale distribution.

2. Q: What is the typical failure rate and warranty process for the Doric Q?
   A: Across our distribution network, we see a less than 0.5% defect rate within 30 days of retail sale. Most “failures” are user-related (improper filling, not priming the pod, using incorrect e-liquid). Genuine manufacturing defects are covered by VOOPOO’s 90-day manufacturer warranty. Wholesale minimum order for pods is 200 units (100 packs of 2 or 40 packs of 5) mixed resistances allowed. We recommend stocking a 70/30 split of 1.2ohm to 0.7ohm pods, as the 1.2ohm is more popular with beginners and nicotine salt users. Countertop display units for ITO pods are available free with a minimum initial pod order of 1,000 units.

4. Q: Is the Doric Q being discontinued? Should we be concerned about long-term pod availability?
   A: No. VOOPOO has confirmed that the Doric Q and the ITO pod platform will remain in active production through at least Q4 2028. The ITO platform is VOOPOO’s primary entry-level pod system and is being rolled out globally.
