Every product is MHRA-notified and fully compliant with the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR), as well as the post-2025 disposable-vape ban.

Trade orders placed before 5 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day on tracked next-day courier. The vast majority of mainland UK retailers receive their order the next working day. For larger pallet orders, we use dedicated freight services and provide ETA confirmation at checkout.

Single-use disposable vapes were banned across the UK in June 2025. Vaping Supplier does not stock illegal disposables. We do, however, stock the full range of fully-compliant refillable big-puff alternatives — devices that deliver the same convenience and customer experience as the old disposables, but with replaceable pods and rechargeable batteries.

Yes. Online retailers can apply for our drop-ship-enabled tier, which gives you access to an API stock feed, plain-packaged fulfilment, and direct dispatch to your end customer. Speak to your account manager once your trade account is active to set this up.

All first orders are paid up-front via bank transfer or business debit card. After three successful orders, established accounts can apply for 14-day or 30-day credit terms (subject to credit check). High-volume accounts may also qualify for direct-debit reconciliation.

Absolutely. Every qualifying order includes free brand POS materials — shelf-talkers, counter-mats, posters, branded display stands — courtesy of our manufacturer partners. Ask your account manager when placing your order and we'll include whatever's currently available for the brands you're stocking.
