Troubleshooting Guide
Device Does Not Charge
Check the Type-C cable, power source and charging port. Remove surface dust carefully. Quarantine the unit if the battery, body or charging connection looks damaged.
Prefilled Pod Does Not Activate
Make sure all seals are removed. Push the base as directed, fit the pod firmly and wait before use. Replace the pod if it still fails.
Refillable Pod Tastes Burnt
Check the liquid level and allow enough soaking time after filling. If the burnt taste continues, replace the full 0.8Ω cartridge.
Cartridge Is Leaking
Check for cracks, overfilling or an open filling seal. Clean the pod connection with dry tissue and replace any damaged stock.
Status Light Does Not Show
